King's Church International, hosted more than 1000 delegates for the 2010 G12 Europe Conference - Reach Your Generations.
Pastor Wes said, ‘As a local church, we were pleased to welcome Christian leaders from across Europe to Windsor.'
‘It was also a great privilege that pastors from some of the world's most influential churches joined us.' Pastor Cesar Castellanos, the pioneer of the G12 vision which aims to train Christians to become effective in ‘making disciples', led the conference and an international team of pastors.

The G12 vision has become famous around the world as churches have seen first hand how one church, which began with only eight people has become one of the largest in the world today, where the President of Colombia attends their annual conference.
Pastor Wes said, ‘Pastor Cesar and the church in Colombia are an example of how the church can help bring transformation to society. The church has been at the forefront of bringing change to Colombia. Once a nation to avoid, today it is considered an investment hotspot.'
In 1997, at the height of the drug wars, he survived an assassination attempt when he was shot five times in front of his family by gunmen on a motorbike. Since then, church leaders have been elected to the Senate, Congress, Council of Bogota and local councils.
In recognition of this influence, the Ambassador of Colombia to the United Kingdom, attended the conference on Friday 30th October. Ambassador RodRigueZ spoke of the important contribution ‘people of faith' are making to society.

At a special reception, the Ambassador was introduced to Christian leaders from around the world including: Pastor Janeth Barrios from Colombia, whose husband, Luis Barrios is a member of Congress; Pastor Lawrence Khong from Faith Community Baptist Church in Singapore; Pastor Rich Witmer from Generations Church in Arizona, USA; Pastor Bert Pretorius from 3C Church in South Africa; Pastor Art Sepulveda from Word of Life Church in Hawaii; Pastor Laudjair Guerra from Brazil; and Dr Wonsuk Ma, the David Yonggi Cho Research Tutor of Global Christianity at the Oxford Centre for Mission Studies.

Music at the event was led by the King's Church International Band. Soulfire, from Miami, held two concerts during the weekend.
During the weekend, Pastor Castellanos spoke of the need for Christians in Europe to pray and have a bold faith and to learn to live each day with the power of the Holy Spirit.

On the Monday and Tuesday (1st-2nd November), Pastors Janeth and Marica Barrios taught senior pastors from Europe about the ‘Ladder of Success,' which is used to form disciples. They are from Pastor Cesar's senior leadership team in Colombia and are responsible for 1000s of cell groups.

Pastor Wes said, ‘the UK and Europe are becoming increasingly darkened spiritually by so called enlightened secular ideas.'
‘The conference has inspired many churches to stand firm and speak up.'
